Design Terms of Service

DRAWING MY CHARACTERS

  • Fanart is very welcome, and I love every art piece for my characters.

  • DO NOT draw any of my oc’s NSFW, associated with hate speeches, race/body type changed, or suggestive art.

  • If using my OC as a cameo/extra in a comic or story, please ask me before doing so as well as showing me what my OC will be doing/saying when they appear in your work.

  • If you are changing their outfits, keep it in the same vibe/aesthetic. You may also change small details in their design if it more fitting style-wise, or to stay on theme with what is going on in the drawing/the vibe.

  • Gender-bending and species changing is okay! As long as the characters design is still recognizable.

  • Always credit me as the owner, and link to my characters Toyhouse/deviant art and never claim my characters as your own.

USING MY ART

  • If I draw fanart or do a commission for you, you can 100% upload it to any website you’d like, as long as you give me credits and don’t claim it as yours.

  • Uploading my art of your character to their Toyhouse or other profiles is definitely okay, you do not need to ask- you just need to credit me.

  • Do not use my art for commercial use. If I make a commission/fanart for you, do not use it for profits.

  • If I have not drawn an art piece specifically for YOU, you cannot upload/use it anywhere.

  • If using a commissioned piece of my art for your profile picture, please have credits somewhere on your profile.

MY DESIGNS/ADOPTABLES

  • Do not purchase a design if only to sell it immediately after. Wait a couple months, at the earliest.

  • After purchasing my design you may private the character page or delete it and move the character all together

  • Please do not take heavy inspiration from my designs. I work hard to make them, and I don’t want carbon copies of it lying around. You MAY take light inspiration, though. If you want to colourpick my designs, please ask beforehand.

  • If you have purchased a design from me, please credit me as the original designer on their official character sheets/profiles, but if you are just normally drawing them you do not have to credit me.

  • You may add things to a design you have purchased, such as small appearance tweaks- but do not make it unrecognizable to the original design, because what’s the point of buying a design, then?

  • I am 100% okay with the changing the characters personality/age/name or other specifics after you purchase it.

Growing up, there were three clans. BrightClan, MeadowClan- and Ivy’Vine’s clan, StormClan. But finally listening to the voice of SpiritClan that’d been echoing in her head since apprenticeship, she sets out- and begins her own clan, IvyClan.
